Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long do we keep the inflatable for?
A: We aim to deliver the inflatable for around 10am or at the time specified. We usually like to collect between 5pm and 7pm, but alternate arrangments can be arranged.

Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we have full public liability insurance with a reputable insurer covering any accidents caused by equipment failure or incorrect installation. A copy of our policy can be seen on delivery. Please note that the hirer is responsible for the correct use of the inflatable during the hire period.

Q: Will you set up anywhere?
A: Providing we have enough access to the property, we will try to set up where you would like us to. Please note we do need a side entrance or a large passage way through the house (at least three foot) if we are to set up in a back garden. Please make sure you allow some room around the outside of the inflatable for access.

Q: Do we need to prepare the site in any way?
A: Please ensure that the site is totally clear, e.g no garden furniture, ornaments, large stones, etc. If we feel the site is not suitable we will not set up the inflatable.

Q: Will you supervise the inflatable?
A: Yes, we are more than happy to supervise the inflatable, but we will charge by the hour. Please call or email for more details.

Q: How long does it take to set up/pack away the inflatables?
A: Please allow roughly 20 mins to half an hour for each inflatable.
